The accident prevention regulations of the German Social Accident Insurance (DGUV) include all binding obligations with regard to occupational safety and health protection at the workplace, including many regulations for test equipment and health and safety articles. Every company has to ensure that these test regulations are strictly adhered to.
In the event of an accident involving a subject that is subject to inspection and there are no documents available for the tests, the trade association can exclude liability, the insurance company refuses to settle claims and claims for damages can be asserted against an injured employee or an externally injured person.
